Since I’ve decided to leave my current team and join the maps team, the office move requires me to be without my machines from noon on the day of my move. This means I get to take a half day off from work. What will I do? Since Karolina, Dave and I had a late night jam session (learned 3 new songs), I was a bit tired, but decided to get some exercise and have a session at the Sunnyvale Skatepark. While I was there, I got to skate the small bowl with none other than the great Steve Caballero. For those who aren’t up on their skateboarding history, Cab was one of the original members of the Bones Brigade (with Tony Hawk, McGill, Lance Mountain and others) and a very good all around skater. He was riding with some kid that was much younger than myself and also much better on a board. It was pretty cool to watch and skate with a legend for a bit.

To wrap up the day, Amy and I went and had dinner and then I got to watch my Warriors stomp the hell out of the Dallas Mavericks (on Tivo of course). So, I just need to say, in case it wasn’t clear …. Warriors Rule and the Mavericks suck the big one.
