So, first off: Tim Lincecum won the Cy Young, and during the press conference that followed he seemed genuinely surprised, happy and most importantly, humbled. I’m so excited for him and he gives us all a reminder of why the Giants will be worth watching next year. Secondly: Even thought my wife’s blog garners more attention than my own (and I’ve been blogging since before it was super-cool), I can take some comfort in the fact that I likely helped sway some baseball writers to vote for Tim Lincecum for the Cy Young award.
